CHARLIE!

Yesterday when I was watching the news it showed that there are dogs coming to the shelters like it's nobody's business. With the ecomony people just can't afford them, and although I'm not a "dog person" it just kinda got to me... so I thought well I'll go to the local shelter and if there is a dog "calling out to us" we'll take him home... and that is where we saw Charlie! He was brought in yesterday by a trucker who went into a gas station to get coffee and came back out to see Charlie tied with a rope to his truck with a note that said plase take care of me. The trucker dropped him off and we picked him up!! I know I'm nuts, but the little kid in me who always wanted a puppy said, "I'm taking him home!" And Tailor named him Charlie after her favorite cartoon "Charlie and Lola" on Disney. I tried to get her to name him, Duss, Frank, Cosmo... but she instisted his name was Charlie!

Happy Anniversary to me! Five years ago on April 10th I married Dave in the Los Angeles temple! Here are some pic's from the past and here are our two girls five years later.

Welcome home Elder Raymond!

My cousin Caleb came home a couple weeks ago from Argentina and we had his homecoming Easter Sunday... it was great and we had some seriously tastey Carne' Asada! Yum Yum!!

If you live in Bloomington here is a tip... Don't plant your garden before April 15th... It will freeze due to our awesome unpredicatable weather!!! Dang IT!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY SISTER SHAYLA! SHE IS A WHOPPING 29 YEARS OLD!! Who'd have thought that I would marry someone older than my older sister!! Here are five things I love about her!
1) She is super smart-and super good at her job! I could never do it!
2) When we were little she would talk in funny voices at night when we shared a room and we would get busted all the time by our mom!!
3) She is easy to tease! (Hey these are things I love ok!) I can always get a rise out of her!
4) She is spontanious! In Jan she decided to come see me and an hour later she threw her kids in the car and came!!
5) She has a great bod! (She wears a 4!) I'm so super jelous! I want to be disciplined like her to I can be skinny too!!

2nd Annual VInce's Dinner!

So if you have never gone to Vinces for Spaghetti on Holt Dr. in Onterio, CA. you are missing out! Take a drive or get on a plane and head down to the place that has the yummiest spaghetti in the world! (not exagerating!) We have been going here for 40+ years and since our extended family continues to grow I decided we should all meet annually (even though we see eachother all the time) a Vinces' to grab some grub and catch up! (It's really an excuse to eat though...)
